High Intensity Interval Training

High Intensity Interval Training…. Better results in less time!

HIIT is a training idea in which low to moderate intensity intervals are alternated with high intensity intervals. HIIT is considered to be much more effective than normal cardio because the intensity is higher and you are able to increase both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance while burning more fat than ever before.

• Curious about HIIT? Come try a 4 class package for $30.00 (or $10.00 single class drop in)*

• Mondays from 8:30-9:15pm (start date March 16 2015)

• Sturgeon Heights Community Centre located at 290 Rita Street
Please bring weights, skipping rope, a mat, water bottle and towel
