Join me for this high energy, heart pumping, muscle powered class!
Be prepared to burn calories and sweat in this High Intensity Interval Training class. Not only will you challenge your endurance, but many other components of fitness as well.
Power, strength, agility, coordination, stamina etc. will all be incorporated into the drills. We will alternate between periods of work and rest. Trust me, you will need the rest! So lace up your shoes, fill your water bottles and get ready to HIIT it!
Intensity can be modified but at least 6-8 weeks of strength and cardio conditioning would be an asset.
